About Me
Hey, I'm Tatiana N. Joseph — founder of Perception Pierce Consulting, Army veteran, and a woman on a mission to make legal and business support more accessible for everyday people.
Born and raised in New York, I later built roots in Virginia and now proudly call Maryland home. No matter where I've lived, one thing has always stayed the same: my passion for helping others rise. I believe everyone deserves the tools and guidance to navigate systems that weren't built with them in mind — especially minorities, small business owners, and people working hard to become better versions of themselves.
I served in the U.S. Army in the Personnel and Administrative (PARA) division, supporting soldier readiness and gaining firsthand experience with structure, discipline, and trust. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and am currently working toward my certification as a criminal paralegal.
